Our Journey

We decided to create a blog so we could share with family and friends about "our journey". Our son Noah is 4 years old and he is the constant light in our world. He was born with a rare genetic disorder called Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome.. Life has not always been easy but Noah has taught us how to be courageous. We are so proud of his accomplishments the past four years. He is beautiful, funny, courageous and strong. We feel so blessed God has chosen us to raise Noah.. We also hope that new parents receiving an RTS diagnosis will find comfort in our words. Nicholas is the perfect addition to our family. God has once again blessed us with a amazing, beautiful little boy. We are so comforted knowing that Noah now has a little brother. Life is beautiful having these two angels in our world.

Nude's Blues

Noah and I are visiting my sister Angie and brother in law Tommy in MD. Unfortunately my grandmother passed away so this wasn't really a vacation. But we still found things to keep us entertained and laughing. Tommy brought out his guitar today and Noah became a musician. Below is a video showing Noah and Uncle Tommy playing their master piece they created. "Nudes Blue." In case you are wondering what Nudes means this is Noah's nickname he somehow has been carrying around for quite some time. Hope you enjoy.

WOW! He's changed so much since I last saw him in April! He'll definately be a talker that's for sure! Austin has never said anything remotely close to Noah's words. Way to go! Btw, you're in MD? You sure travel a lot! LOL I should talk, I'm heading to TX next week!
